Our Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year!
Enjoy the pics!

Katy and Grandpa!

Katelyn and Grandma. Katy's showing grandma all the pictures on our fridge.

Preparing for the meal went very smooth this year!

Grandpa's Girls... his other girl is snapping the photo!!

If You have never tasted my grandma's homemade Potatoes... boy are you missing out big time!!!

The photographer in training

The turkey.

Carving the bird!

Stephie is ready for some good old Thanksgiving Turkey!

"Time to serve up the goodness" -Alton Brown
(he's the guy on that hilarious cooking show "Good Eats")

The family gathered. This is the one time we are allowed to use my Mom's genuine Crystal better way to drink Apple Cider!!

Doesn't it look so pretty and Festive?

After dishes (which I tackled this year!!) We had pie, pumpkin pie, mini cheesecakes dripping with Blueberries, oatmeal raisin cookies, vanilla icec ream, fudge swirl icecream...and my personal favorite....
"Peanutbutter Cup Pie"

After wards we take a moment to let our meal digest!

At this time Katy decided she was going to play "UNO Attack" with Grandma

But she was more fascinated with pushing the buttons and watching the cards fly out!

Katy telling grandma what to do with this card... so cute!!

The worst part is , Katy knows she is cute too!!

Grandma and Mom discussing ....shhhh... Christmas gifts!
Sometimes they talk in French so we can't understand them!
Both sets of my Grandparents come from Canada, or Fort Kent, Maine, I know a little French.

The great debate... Will the snowblower start this year??? Or will we have to dust off the snowshovels?

A long standing Thanksgiving Family Tradition...for more then 10 years now Collin, Grandma and I go for a walk after the meal!

The grass is truly greener on one side!!! :)

I have loved this Tradition since Grandma started it! Sometimes she takes more of us then just Collin and I, but we are the faithful ones!!!

My co-photographer for the grand event!

" Your Little brother ain't so little no more," - Collin's personal opinion.

After wards we watched a family movie, and then I got to talk to my Very Special Someone on the phone! Justin and his family had a great Thanksgiving too.

God bless,
